Main feature and functions

Adopts Taiwan PLC program control, automatically finish all functions, assorting with the equipment work.Double roller in the upper and down to make press work.Providing 2 working mode, working mode and stop mode. Under working mode, the machine will work with the setup working parameters. Under the stop mode, the machine will automatically come to stop program.Main driving adopts TAIWAN induction motor and transducer control, stepless speed regulation, Digital display the line speed of the high temperature resistance fabric conveyor belt. Under working mode it will work under the setup parameters, and under stop mode, the main driving will automatically speed up, and expedite the cooling speed of the equipment. The PLC and the transducer will communicate and monitor the transducer working condition.Lengthening heating area, improve the working efficiency. Heating adopts PID function Digital display to control temperature, and it has self-tuning function. At the same time the PLC will communicate with the temperature controller, PLC monitor machine stop temperature, and abnormal temperature.The heating mode has 2 styles: you can select front and rear area heating or up and down area heating. Under working mode the machine will heating under the setup temperature. Under stop mode, the machine will automatically shut off the heating output.  Adopting rotary stripping mechanism, adjuster set up at the discharge port, stepless regulating the rotary speed, convenient for separating the fabrics from the conveyor belt.Equipped with power off hand moving handle to rotate the roller and conveyor belt by hand so that the heating is fast radiated out, to protect the roller and belt from the burn damage.Adopts no joint conveyor belt, The system to adjust the deflection will automatically adjust the deviation adjusting parameters, guarantee the conveyor belt in the right position, decrease the tension to the conveyor beltAdopts strong cooling system, guarantee the heating products can be fast cooled, improve the pressing features. Under work mode, once the machine reaches the required temperature, the cooling system will automatically startup. Under stop mode, the cooling system will automatically shut off.Equipped with emergency switch, which is convenient for the operator to dispose the emergency.The operation panel sets up working, stop, main driving abnormal, temperature abnormal, and pressure abnormal indicator light, the equipment condition are all clear to know, and easy for the maintenance.
